掺预水化粉煤灰和磨细矿粉的混凝土性能研究

摘    要:对预水化处理的粉煤灰和磨细矿粉复合掺入而配制的高性能混凝土进行了研究.结果表明,磨细矿粉的细度对混凝土的力学性能有重要影响,从技术和经济上综合考虑,磨细矿粉细度为7600cm2/g时较为理想.此外,混凝土中预水化粉煤灰和磨细矿粉的掺量均存在一个最佳范围,双掺时,也存在一适当的比例,当预水化粉煤灰掺量为15%,磨细矿粉掺量为40%时,混凝土28d的抗压强度可提高16%.

Abstract:The concrete made with adding of pre-hydrated fly ash(PHFA) and gronnded furnace slag(GFS) has been experimentally studied.The rezults show that the fineness of GFS has an important influence on the mechanical properties of concrete.From the technical and economical points of view a fineness of 7600cm2/g is of more ideal and the replaced content of cement by PHFA and GFS has an optimum range pespectively.When adding together with PHFA and GFS and the replaced content are 15% by PHFA and 40% by GFS respectively,the compresive strength of concrete will increase 16% than that of concrete without adding mineral admixture.
