检波器成孔车的研制与应用

摘    要:检波器成孔车是埋置检波器的小型机动设备,它可解决在地面较硬区域的检波器埋置问题。本文介绍了常规地震勘探作业时在埋置检波器过程中遇到的一些困难,以及为解决这些困难而研制的检波器机械化成孔装置,文章还阐述了该装置的结构及液压系统技术的设计及应用。检波器成孔车的研发成功,提高了检波器的埋置质量,保证了检波器的完好率,并降低了员工的劳动强度。

Research on geophone plant drilling vehicle and its application
Abstract:The geophone plant drilling vehicle is an innovative transformation of mechanical equipment; it can solve the problem on burying geophone in the hard ground region. This paper describes some difficulties encountered in the process of planting geophone and introduces a new automatic device of detector drilling hole. The structure, design and application of hydraulic system technology are introduced too. Field operation showed that this device can im- prove the quality of geophone buried, and ensure a high integrity rate of geophone and reduce the labor intensity.
