摘    要:
以栀子毛油为原料,研究了栀子油精炼的碱炼脱酸工艺过程,通过单因素和响应面设计试验,采用多元二次回归方程拟合确定了适宜反应条件为:碱炼浓度为17%,超碱量为0.5%,碱炼时间35 min,碱炼温度73℃。采用上述脱酸条件,所得栀子油的酸价为0.15 mg NaOH/g,脱酸率为97.20%。

Abstract:
Researches were carried out in acid stripping by using unrefined gardenia oil as raw materia1.The optimization conditions for unrefined gardenia oil in deacidification by response surface method(RSM) was performed.The relation between factors and deacidification rate was fitted by means of multiple quadratic regression equation.The result showed that the optimum parameters were: the alkali refining concentration of 17%,the ultra-alkali capacity of 0.5%,the alkali refining time of 35 min,and the alkali refin...
