| 摘 要： | 基于隧道式蒸烤机的基本结构和生产工艺流程,针对不同的工艺要求,设计了隧道式蒸烤机自动控制系统。系统采用触摸屏、PLC和变频器相结合的设计方案,分别设计了温度控制系统、湿度控制系统、网带速度控制系统、提升装置控制系统等子系统,并通过触摸屏对各个子系统运行状况进行实时监控。投运结果表明:系统具有运行稳定、节能效果显著等优点,提高了生产效率,为隧道式蒸烤机的工艺改良和技术革新提供了参考依据。
