两步烧结对锆酸钡–钙硼硅复合材料性能的影响

摘    要:以低软化点的CaO-B2O3-SiO2玻璃和BaZrO3为原料,采用两步烧结法制备了BaZrO3/CaO-B2O3-SiO2低温共烧复合材料。对比研究了两步烧结法与传统烧结法的不同,以及两步烧结法中各工艺阶段对复合材料结构与性能的影响。结果表明:两步烧结法能明显优化其微观结构,提高其介电性能;当复合材料快速升温到960℃(θ1)保温5min,再降温到920℃(θ2)保温5h两步烧结后,其εr约为15,tanδ约为1.5×10–4,可望作为低温共烧多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)材料应用。

Abstract:The BaZrO3/CaO2-B2O3-SiO2 of low temperature cofired composite material was prepared by two-step sintering method, using low softening point of CaO-B2O3-SiO2 glass and BaZrO3 as raw materials.
