摘    要:在进行了自密实砂浆工作度试验的基础上,对纤维混凝土劈拉试验方法进行了改进,研究了掺加不同类型纤维(玻璃纤维、聚丙烯纤维、混杂纤维)以及同种纤维不同掺量对自密实砂浆劈拉强度及韧性的影响。结果表明:玻璃纤维、聚丙烯纤维均可提高砂浆的劈拉强度;其中聚丙烯纤维可提高砂浆的韧性;由玻璃纤维和聚丙烯纤维组合使用的混杂纤维砂浆劈拉强度及韧性优于玻璃纤维和聚丙烯纤维,表现出显著的正混杂效应。

Abstract:Based on the investigation on the workability of fiber reinforced self-compacting mortar (FRSCM), improved test method of splitting has been adopted to analyze the effect of mixing different types of fibers (glass fiber, polypropylene fiber and hybrid fiber) and same fiber with different content on the splitting strength and toughness of self-compacting mortar (SCM). Results show that both glass fiber and polypropylene fiber have positive influence on the splitting strength of mortar; while polypropylene fiber can improve the splitting toughness of mortar, The hybrid fiber is better than that of mono fiber (glass fiber or polypropylene fiber) on the splitting strength and toughness of SCM.
