| 摘 要： | 华东某再生铅冶炼厂利用侧吹炉处理废旧铅酸蓄电池过程中,侧吹熔炼车间产生的环集烟气经布袋除尘后送往脱硫系统,除尘器捕集的铅环集烟尘采用管链输送机输送到原料库的烟尘仓并返回侧吹炉系统。管链输送机的结构简单紧凑,可以水平、垂直、弯曲和三维布置,具有广泛的应用前景。 |

| Abstract: | A recycled lead smelter in East China used side blown furnace to treat the waste lead-acid batteries. The environmental flue gas generated in the side blown smelting workshop is sent to the desulfurization system after bag dedusting. The lead environmental smelting dust collected by the dust collector is transported to the dust bin of raw material warehouse by tube chain conveyor and returned to the side blown furnace system. The structure of tube chain conveyor is simple and compact, which can be arranged horizontally,vertically, bent and three-dimensional layout. And it has wide application prospect. |
