教学业务管理系统的开发与应用

随着我国高等教育改革的不断发展,教学业务管理工作量越来越大,工作更加繁琐。为此采用Egrid2000数据库软件,开发了一个在Windows操作系统下的新型教学业务管理系统软件,代替了之前采用Foxbase开发的在UCDOS操作系统下运行的教学业务管理系统软件。新的系统管理软件由基本操作模块、基本信息管理模块、教学业务管理模块、工作量查询模块、汇总与统计模块和系统选项模块共六个模块组成,它具有界面直观、操作简便、管理方便、功能强大等特点,在青岛大学运行一年多,获得了满意的运行效果。

Development and Application of Teaching Achievement Management System

With the constant development of China's higher education reforms, the workload of teaching achievement management is getting very heavy and the work more burdensome. So, using Egrid2000 database software, they developed a new type of teaching achievement management system software in the Windows operating system. The new one replaced the old one which based on Foxbase in UCDOS operating system. The new system management software consist of six modules, they are respectively the basic operation module, the basic information management module, teaching achievement management module, the workload enquiry module, getting together with statistic modules and systems option module. The new software has a visual interface, operation easily, convenient management, powerful function and so on. It has been run in Qingdao University for more than one year, It has gotten a very good results.
