摘    要:通过金属磨片的实际生产,分析了在现有工艺条件下,烤制前后金属磨片厚度和密度受具体配方、玻璃纤维网格布、烤制负荷和成型工艺等多方面因素的影响而产生的变化趋势,为生产合格的金属磨片提供参考依据。

Abstract:Based on the experiences in actual production,the variation of the thickness and density of metal-grinding disks before and after hardening affected by various factors such as material formulation,fiberglass mesh,quantity for baking and molding technology under current process conditions is analyzed so as to provide references for producing qualified metal-grinding disks.
