摘    要:针对25000m^3/h空分设备仪控系统存在的缺陷,结合生产实际.对仪控系统进行了一些改进,改进措施包括:增设主换热器空气进口阀和空压机放空阀的手动复位功能及改变氧透保安氮气进口阀的控制程序等。

Abstract:Combined with practical production, instrumentation and control system of a 25000m^3/h air separation unit has been modified for performance improvement. The modifications include adding manual reset function of air inlet valve of main heat exchanger and exhausting valve of air compressor, modifying control program for inlet valve of securityensuring nitrogen system in oxygen turbine compressor, etc.
