| 摘 要： | 应用胶体理论，在不脱水，不增加过多改性剂的基础上，探索了低毒脲醛树脂胶的合成机理，所得波达到GB/14732-93要求，制得的刨花板满足GB／T4897－92A类板一等品要求，甲醛释放量达到欧洲E2级。 |

| Abstract: | A urea-formaldehyde resin which has low content of free formaldehyde has been developed on the basis of colloidaldispersion therory. Its synthesis mechanism was discussed.The adhesive was good in bonding strength.Its physical andtechnical properties meet the needs of GB/T14732-93 and the particle board bonded with jlit meet the GB/T14732-92(A-I), and its emitted formaldehyde meet the E2 standard. |
