摘    要:从水口堵塞物的来源、微观结构、分布状况以及堵塞物的形成等方面,分析了浸入式水口结瘤和堵塞的机理,并针对水口堵塞问题,提出了具体解决措施,重点介绍了国内外防止浸入式水口结瘤和堵塞的新技术。

NEW TECHNOLOGY OF PREVENTING ACCRETION AND CLOGGING FOR SUBMERGED ENTRY NOZZLE IN CONTINUOUS CASTER AT HOME AND ABROAD

Abstract:This paper analyzes the Accretion and clogging mechanism of submerged entry nozzle from the source, microstructure, distribution and formation of stemming and so on. and the concrete measures to prevent nozzle nodulation were put forward for the problem of nozzle blockage. It also introduces the new technology of preventing the accretion and clogging for submerged entry nozzle at home and abroad.
