| 摘 要： | 山东滨化集团超滤系统设计出水每天10 080 t,原水为黄河水,2004年12月投运,至今已稳定运行6年整.报道了超滤膜材料,超滤系统错流量、反洗,化学加强反洗条件以及化学药洗周期等运行条件对超滤系统稳定运行的影响;报道了这些运行参数选择和优化结果.该超滤系统和多介质过滤器合并的运行直接吨水成本约0.24元.该工程运行参数对设计和运行自来水系统具有借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | An ultrafiltration(UF) membrane system of 10 080 m3/d has been in operation since the end of year 2004 at Shandong Be Far Group.The feed water is from Yellow River.The optimizations of membrane material,cross-flow rate,back wash frequency,and chemical cleaning schedule are reported.The combined direct operation cost for the UF and multi-media filter is approximate 0.24 RMB per cubic meter.The data may serve a reference for municipal water treatment by UF technology. |
