| Abstract: | The paper introduces the application of systematology in the safety management system for offshore oil industry and CNOOC safety management mode. The application of systematology in the safety management system involves the establishment of organizations,constitution of regulations and standards,supervision management,safety services,safety education and training,scientific research of safety,safety and environment protection and so on,so as to form a safety management system integrated with all staff,overall process and all round aspects. The application of systematology in safety management mode leads to the formation of a health,safety and environment management system. |
