钛合金PEO陶瓷膜的组成结构及其抗热震性能

摘    要:
在硅酸盐溶液中,采用类三角波形脉冲等离子体电解氧化电源,在TC4钛合金表面原位制备陶瓷膜层,利用XRD、SEM和能谱等研究了陶瓷膜层的组成和结构特点,利用热震实验研究了陶瓷膜层的抗热震性能.陶瓷膜层主要由金红石型和锐钛矿型TiO_2组成,反应时间增加,膜层增厚,表面放电孔道减少,孔径变大.能谱分析表明,陶瓷膜层中硅元素含量随着反应时间的增加而增多,钛元素含量的变化与之相反.在900~20 ℃热震条件下,膜层的抗热震性能随反应时间的增大而提高,在反应为25 min时,所制备的膜层抗热震性能最佳,继续延长反应时间,膜层的抗热震性能下降.热震试验使陶瓷膜层中晶相TiO_2含量增加,膜层表面出现裂纹.

Abstract:
Ceramic coatings were prepared in silicate solution on TC4 alloy by analogous triangle-shape plasma electrolytic oxidation power source. The composition and structure of the coatings were studied by XRD,SEM and EDS,respectively. The thermal shock resistance was examined by thermal shock tests. The results showed that the coating was composed of rutile and anatase TiO2.
