SS400钢化学成分与力学性能关系的回归分析

摘    要:鞍钢宽厚板厂在SS400钢板的实际生产中,存在着钢板性能合格率低的问题。针对过去生产的SS400钢板,探讨了钢的化学成分对钢板屈服强度、抗拉强度及延伸率的影响,得出影响三者的显著因素为含碳量和钢板厚度。并将钢板的化学成分与力学性能进行线性回归分析,确定了用化学成分预测钢板力学性能指标的定量关系,可用于实际生产的指导。

Abstract:The problems of low qualification ratio of steel plate properties exist in production of SS 400 steel plate at AISC Wide and Heavy plate Plant. The influence of chemicalcomposition in steel on the yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of steel is approached in view of SS400 steel plate produced previously,it is concluded that the main factors influencing them are carbon content and steel plate thickness. The lineal regression analysis of chemical composition and mechanical properties of steel plate is done and the quatitative relation of predicting mechanical property index of steel plate by using chemical analysisis determined,play-ing the favourable part in the practical production.
