高性能滚轮系统的开发研究

摘    要:在传统滚轮结构的基础上进行优化,选择吸湿率低耐磨性高的树脂材料作为外圈包塑,在改善滚动噪音的同时满足使用强度的要求,金属铁圈采用低碳钢材料通过热处理工艺提高表面硬度,同时确保芯部韧性,提升滚轮耐磨性能的同时满足耐冲击要求。低碳钢铁圈与传统的轴承钢相比,材料和加工成本得到明显降低,起到了降本增效的作用。

Abstract:In order to reduce roller's rolling noise and improve its strength,the structure of traditional roller should be optimized,and PEEK should be chosen for roller outer tire which has low water absorber rate and better wear resistant.The surface hardness and core toughness of low carbon steel tire are improved by heat treatment,which can increase roller's wear and impact resistant.Compared to chrome steel,the low carbon steel tire has the cost advantages for material and manufacturing,so the cost can be reduce...
