火焰原子吸收法测定恩施州中药荆芥中微量元素铁、钙、铜的含量

摘    要:
经过超声和加热消解处理后.采用火焰原子吸收法测定恩施州中药荆芥中的3种微量元素铁、钙、铜的含量。结果表明,荆芥中微量元素的含量较高,其中铁含量为1099μg·g^-1、钙含量为21860μg·g^-1、铜含量为11.44μg·g^-1。加标回收率为99.1%~105.0%。该法快速、简便、准确、灵敏度高,为进一步研究荆芥的药理作用提供了参考。

Abstract:
The contents of three trace elements (Fe,Ca and Cu) in Schizonepeta from Enshi were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry after digested with HNO3-HClO4. The results showed the contents of trace elements in Schizonepeta were higher with Fe of 1099 μg·g^-1,Ca of 21 860 μg·g^-1 ,Cu of 11. 44 μg·g^-1. The additional standard recovery of samples was 99.1%- 105.0%. The method is rapid, simple, accurate,and sensitive. It provides reference for pharmacological action research of Schizonepeta.
