FPGA图像采集系统研究与设计

摘    要:设计了一种基于FPGA与DDR2SDRAM的图像采集显示系统,该系统采用Xilinx公司Spartan-6系列的FPGA作为主控芯片,利用高带宽数据、大容量的DDR2SDRAM存储器实时地对CMOS数字图像传感器OV7670图像数据进行缓存,最后图像数据通过TFT LCD液晶显示屏实时显示出来.实验结果表明,设计并实现的图像采集系统不仅运行稳定,而且图像显示效果较好.

Abstract:An image acquisition and display system based FPGA and DDR2 SDRAM was designed by using FPGA (Spartan-6 of Xilinx company) as the control chip. The DDR2 SDRAM memory with high bandwidth data and high capacity was able to buffer the real-time data from the OV7670 CMOS image sensor. The realtime image data were displayed on a TFT LCD finally. The result shows that the image acquisition system runs steadily with great imaging quality.
