电话仿真技术在调度员培训与演习中的应用

随着调度员培训仿真(DTS)技术的日益成熟,江苏省调逐步开始利用DTS进行调度员培训与系统反事故演习.为了保证DTS中教员扮演的模拟调度节点与学员之间正常通话,利用交换机呼叫转移与号码寄存等功能开发了电话仿真系统,由此实现调度台上模拟节点名称的正确显示,满足了调度员在培训与演习中的需求,提高了真实性与连贯性.该系统在江苏省调取得了很好的应用效果.

Application of telephone simulation technique in dispatcher training and anti-accident exercise

With the development of Dispatcher Training and Simulation (DTS) technology, the DTS system has been used in training dispatchers and anti-accident exercise in Jiangsu Electric Power Company. In order to ensure the communication between teachers at the DTS virtual dispatching node and students, the functions of call-transferring and calling number registering in switching machine were used to develop the telephone simulation system. This system has realized the correct display of virtual node name in dispatching platform, satisfied the needs of dispatchers in training and exercise, and improved the authenticity and continuity. It is a good application example in Jiangsu Power Dispatching Center.
