军用车辆修理社会化保障效益评价方法研究

军用车辆修理社会化保障效益评价目的是选取保障效益高、管理经验好的部队作为示范典型。由于一般数据包络分析（data envelopment analysis，DEA）评价方法所确定的相对效益高的单元不能充分表明为实际效益高，因此提出一种改进的DEA评价方法（与标杆理论相结合的DEA算法）。该方法首先找出相对有效的决策单元，然后与虚拟标杆单元相比较，最终确定军用车辆修理社会化保障示范典型，并为效益低的决策单元提出明确的改进措施。

Benefits Evaluation Method Research of Military Vehicles' Repair Socialization Support

The purpose of benefits evaluation of military vehicles＇ repair socialization support is to set the troop which has the most support efficiency and has good management experience as a good example. As the relative efficiency unit made by the normal data envelopment analysis （DEA） method is proved not to be the factual best, the paper provides an improved DEA evaluation method （Bench- marking-oriented DEA algorithm）. This method firstly finds the relatively effective central unit, then compares the central unit with the simulative benchmarks unit, and finally confirms the relatively effective central unit as the model of the military vehicles＇ repair socialization support and gives the effectively improved measures for the lower efficiency unit.
