| 摘 要： | 工程项目管理企业是一种新型的企业模式,对其进行科学、客观的绩效评价是促进我国工程项目建设健康发展的重要途径。本文借鉴有关企业绩效评价的理论和方法,结合我国工程项目管理企业的特点,从企业质量和工程项目质量两个方面建立起项目管理企业绩效评价的指标体系,并对各项指标的评价内容及重点进行说明,以保证绩效评价的客观、科学。

| Abstract: | The engineering project management enterprise is one of new enterprise patterns.It is an important method to promote our country engineering project management cause healthy development which carrying on scientific,ob- jective performance evaluation to the engineering project management enterprise.This article models the theory and method of enterprise performance evaluation,and combines our country situation on engineering project management. It has established the target system index including the enterprise quality and the engineering project quality,and carried on the explanation to their contents and keys in order to guarantee evaluation's objective and science. |
