加氢换热器角焊缝密封接头焊缝结构优化

摘    要:利用有限元软件ABAQUS,针对加氢高压换热器焊接密封结构的焊接残余应力开发了一个顺次耦合的焊接热应力计算程序,讨论焊缝角度及焊缝尺寸对焊接残余应力的影响,得到了加氢高压换热器焊接密封结构温度场、应力场分布情况以及最大焊接残余应力的位置及大小,为预防加氢高压换热器焊接密封结构的失效提供参考。
