摘    要:由于往复压缩机的振动特性比较复杂,振动信号是非平稳信号,而小波分析非常适合分析非平稳信号。阐述了小波分析的基本原理,并应用多分辨率分析和小波包分析对往复压缩机故障振动信号进行处理,取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:Because the vibrating traits of reciprocating compressor were very complex, the vibrating signs were non-stable signs ,then small wave analysis was very fit to analyse non-stable signs.The basic principle of small wave analysis was elaborated in this paper, then multivariate resolution ratio analysis and a small wave bag analysis were applied to the technologies of breakdown diagnosis in reciprocating compressor, which is very effective.
