碳纳米管/导热硅脂复合材料的导热性能

摘    要:为了提高导热硅脂的导热性能,本文研究了一种新型的碳纳米管/导热硅脂复合材料。研究结果表明,酯化处理后的碳纳米管有利于其在导热硅脂中的分散,并由此在导热硅脂中形成一个有效的导热网络,达到提高导热硅脂导热性能的目的。

Abstract:In order to increase the thermal conductivity of the silicone grease,the carbon nanotube/silicone grease composite has been studied. By adding a certain amount of carbon nanotubes,treated by esterification,into the silicone grease,an efficient thermal conductivity network can be established inside the composite,which results in a large improvement of the thermal conductivity of the silicone grease.
