全岩机掘面压风空气幕封闭除尘系统的研究与应用

摘    要:分析了掘进工作面压风空气幕的形成机制,并采用k-ε双方程模型建立了单相风流流动的数学模型,基于同位网格的SIMPLE算法,利用FLUENT软件对全岩机掘面压风口距掘进头不同长度时形成空气幕的状况进行了数值模拟,结果显示,随着压风口距掘进头长度的增大,压风形成覆盖巷道整个断面空气幕的能力不断增强,压风口距掘进头30 m时,在距掘进头约8.7 m的位置即可形成1.62 Pa的空气幕,是形成压风空气幕的最佳距离。设计了压风空气幕封闭除尘系统,在唐口煤矿南部回风大巷全岩机掘面试验了该系统压风口距掘进头分别为10,20,30和35 m时的除尘效果,数据表明,应用4种方式后,现场的粉尘浓度均有了明显降低,尤其压风口距掘进头30 m时,效果最为明显,全尘和呼尘的降尘率分别高达95.1%和96.1%,这与数值模拟结果一致。

Abstract:The formation mechanism of pressure ventilation air curtain was analyzed in heading face;the single-phase air flow mathematical model was established with k-ε two-equation model.And the different conditions of air curtain that pressure ventilation outlet in whole-rock mechanized excavation face is in different length from heading face were numerical simulated with FLUENT software and based on SIMPLE algorithm unstructured colocated meshes.The results show that with the increase of the length of pressure ventilation outlet from heading face,the ability of forming air curtain that covers the whole section strengthens constantly in roadway.1.62 Pa air curtain can be formed in about 8.7 m from heading face position,when pressure ventilation outlet is 30 m from the heading face;it is the best distance of formation pressure ventilation air curtain.The pressure ventilation air curtain closed dust removal system was designed,and the system of dust removing result was experimented when the pressure ventilation outlet from the heading face was about 10,20,30 and 35 m in southern main return way of whole-rock mechanized excavation face of Tangkou Coal Mine.According to the data,the dust concentration decreased significantly after application of four systems,especially pressure ventilation outlet from 30 m heading face had the most obvious effect,and the rate is as high as 95.1% and 96.1%.This is consistent with the value simulation results.
