摘    要:为了深入研究吸附剂颗粒上的吸附现象,采用计算流体力学软件模拟了气体在单颗粒吸附剂上的吸附过程,模型中考虑了温度的影响并采用了非线性的吸附等温线.分析了颗粒外侧气体浓度作阶跃变化和抛物线变化时颗粒内的浓度分布和温度分布,并与文献值及线性驱动力模型做了对比.结果表明,计算值与文献值吻合较好,说明此数值模型适用于气体吸附过程的模拟研究;线性驱动力模型在预测O2的吸附尤其是在边界条件作阶跃变化时误差较大.

Abstract:To further study the adsorption phenomenon occurred inside the sorbent particles,the gas adsorption process is simulated by using the computational fluid dynamics software with consideration of the effects of temperature and non-linear sorption isotherm.Under the boundary conditions of step change and parabolic change,the distribution of the concentration and temperature inside the sorbent is analyzed and compared with the values of literature and LDF’s predictions.Results show that the calculated values agree well with literature values,and this numerical model is capable of simulation of the gas adsorption process.The results also show that the prediction of O2 adsorption through the LDF model has large error especially under the boundary condition of step change.
