摘    要:利用微波加热装置,用活性炭作催化剂,进行CO 2重整CH 4的实验研究,考察了微波功率和CH 4/CO2比值对重整反应的影响,测试了活性炭的催化性能,借助比表面积分析和Boehm滴定法分析了活性炭失活原因。研究表明:增加微波功率和减小CH 4/CO 2比值有利于提高CH 4和CO 2转化率以及出口气体中合成气比例,并导致H 2与CO的摩尔比降低;反应初期活性炭表现出良好的催化性能,40 min后活性炭催化性能显著降低;孔结构特性的改变和含氧官能团数量的减少是造成活性炭失活的主要原因。

Abstract:The microwave-assisted heating apparatus was employed to study the reforming of CH4 with CO2 over activated carbon.The influences of microwave power and CH4/CO2 molar ratio on reforming reaction were investigated.Furthermore,catalytic activity of the activated carbon was tested.And specific surface area analysis and Bothem titration method were used to explore the possible reason for the deactivation of activated carbon.The results indicate that increasing microwave power or decreasing the CH4/CO2 molar ratio can result in an increase in the reactant gas conversions as well as in the content of syngas,together with a decrease in the molar ratio of H2 and CO.It is found that an encouraging catalytic activity is achieved at the beginning,followed by a sharp loss of catalytic activity after 40 min,which is mainly caused by the change of pore structure and the reduction of functional oxygen groups.
