滩涂圈围对长江口河势的控制作用与影响

长江口地区围滩造地具有悠久的历史，历史上大部分滩涂圈围对河势稳定起到了积极的作用，但也有个别滩涂圈围工程片面追求土地效应，对总体河势或局部河势造成了不利影响，从河道演变、水力动力条件等方面回顾了长江口历史上实施的滩涂圈围工程的正、负面影响，对今后滩涂圈围的发展方向进行了探讨，提出了滩涂开发利用的基本原则，通过合理规划、统筹考虑，将滩涂圈围与河道整治、航道整治有机结合，满足经济社会可持续发展的目标。

Control and effect of tidal flat reclamation on river regime of the Yangtze Estuary
