双离合器自动变速器及其应用前景分析

摘    要:介绍了一种采用双离合器构成的自动变速器的典型结构及其工作原理,变速器的挡位按奇偶数分开布置,分别与两个离合器相联接,通过两个离合器的交互切换完成换挡过程,实现动力换挡。文中简要分析了该型变速器的工作特性及关键技术,并对其应用前景进行了预测。

Abstract:The working principle of dual clutch transmission(DCT) is introduced in the paper, the odd gears and the even gears are arranged separately and both are connected with two clutches respectively, gear shifting is realized through alternation of the two clutches, gear shifting in power is realized; the characteristic and the key technology of DCT is analyzed briefly. It has extremely good quality of gear shifting and excellent power performance and fuel economy, and it is suitable to apply in Europe and China where manual transmissions are in the domination position.
