| Abstract: | The article mainly discusses plan and construction for petrochemical industrial area. It extracts that we should plan and construct modern petrochemical industry area for substance stream with new concept and develop green substance stream which includes activity of green substance stream for enterprise and management, norm and control for activity of green substance stream. |
