摘    要:为了满足在虚拟手术中针对专门患者的材料进行手术规划、手术演习等研究的需要,提出了基于患者CT图像进行生物组织建模与仿真的10步建模法,解决了基于CT图像组织建模与仿真研究中涉及的生物组织几何建模问题、物理建模问题、基于应变能函数建立生物组织运动的力学方程问题、利用有限元法解生物力学方程问题,并利用该建模方法对人体股骨及软组织进行了建模与仿真,通过仿真结果同生物材料测试结果的比较,尽管实验误差和模型的简化造成了两组数据之间的不同,但是从整体上看,二者在趋势和数值上还是匹配的很好.特别是在2~8mm这个临床常用牵引范围内,效果可以满足临床仿真需要.证明了该方法和所建立的数学模型在生物组织建模与仿真中的有效性.

Abstract:To satisfy requires on surgery programming and surgery rehearse based on special patients, a novel method including 10 steps to model and simulate biological tissues based on special CT images is proposed. The geometric model, physical model and mechanical equilibrium equation the based on the strain energy function in modelling and simulating biological tissues based on CT images were built. Biomechanical equations were solved by the finite element method. As an application example, modelling and simulation of femur and soft tissues were given. Validity of the proposed method and the mathematic model was tested to compare the simulated outcome with the results of biomechanical experimentation. Despite the difference between the two kinds of data caused by the experimental error and the simplified model , they match well. Particularly in the range of clinical application,in the range of 2 mm to 8 mm, simulation results satisfy the clinical requirements.
