液力缓速器长下坡恒速制动理论研究

摘    要:阐述了液力缓速器的结构和工作原理;运用相似理论进行制动力矩计算方程的推导;以车辆动力学为基础,以道路坡度为i,液力缓速器安装于重载车辆变速箱输出二轴为工况前提,对液力缓速器长下坡恒速制动方程进行理论推导;将液力缓速器制动力矩计算方程与恒速制动方程结合,给出了液力缓速器对车辆的制动减速度综合方程,为液力缓速器恒速制动功能的开发提供了理论支持。

Abstract:Structure and operating principle of hydrodynamic retarder were briefed .Similarity theory was used for derivation of braking torque equation .Based on vehicle dynamics , on condition road slope was i, hydrodynamic retarder was installed on heavy vehi-cle gearbox output shaft , the hydrodynamic retarder long downhill constant speed brake equation was deduced .Integrating the hydrody-namic retarder braking torque equation with the calculation equation of constant speed brake equation , the brake deceleration speed e-quation of the hydrodynamic retarder on vehicle was given .It provides theoretical support for the development of hydrodynamic retarder constant speed braking function .
