摘    要:针对椭圆齿轮泵大排量大脉动的流量特点,提出基于变速驱动的脉动平抑方法。在分析椭圆齿轮泵流量脉动规律的基础上,给出非圆齿轮变速器驱动椭圆齿轮泵的方案原理及相应的瞬时流量公式,讨论了椭圆齿轮转子的偏心率、阶数对平抑效果的影响。最后通过与其他平抑方式对比,证明了非圆齿轮驱动的椭圆齿轮泵不仅结构简单,而且脉动平抑效果更加优良。

Abstract:For the flow characteristics of the elliptical gear pump, large displacement and big pulsation, a method based on variable speed drive to stabilize the flow pulsation was proposed.By analyzing the law of the non-circular gear pump's flow pulsation, the structural principle of elliptical gear pump driven by non-circular gear was given, with the instantaneous flow formula deduced.In addition the influence of the eccentric ratio and order of the elliptical gear rotor on the performance of the modified pump were discussed for the design of the non-circular gears.Finally, a comparison was made for different stabilization ways, the result shows that the elliptical gear pump driven by the non-circular gears has advantages of the simple structure and the optimal pulsation stabilization effect.
