摘    要:
利用视觉技术快速灵活的特点,结合激光检测的准确性,针对精密轴承的生产线进行快速定位在线检测。将面阵相机与工业激光传感器相结合,实现轴承在线生产中的质量检测,完成多点位的质量缺陷检测与尺寸加工精度检测。建立一整套自动化检测系统,实现了快速定位、表面缺陷检测与多位置尺寸测量。同时发挥视觉检测与激光检测的优点,实现了高速度、高效率、高精度的在线检测。

Abstract:
Combining machine vision and laser measurement technology together, the fast on-line detection for the production line of precision bearing was accomplished. The quality inspection of the bearing on-line production was realized by using the combination of array camera and the industrial laser sensor, and the quality defects detection and the size accuracy measurement were finished. A complete set of automatic detection system was established which could be used to achieve fast positioning, surface defect detection and multi position measurement. At the same time, it has the advantages of visual detection and laser detection by which on-line detection with high speed, high efficiency and high precision was realized.
