摘    要:
蓄能器被广泛应用于液压系统中充当辅助动力源,液压工作介质的体积膨胀特性对系统的影响通常可忽略不计,但在温差较大的情况下,则不能忽视由于工作介质体积膨胀所带来的破坏性。通过对工程实际案例进行分析,揭示了在高低温环境试验中由于工作介质体积膨胀而造成液压缸耳轴断裂破坏的原因,并对液压系统进行了优化设计。

Abstract:
Accumulators,as an auxiliary power source,are widely used in hydraulic system.The impact of the expansibility of hydraulic working medium to the system is usually negligible.However,in the case of a large temperature difference,the destruction that caused by the working medium's volume expansion cannot be ignored.An actual engineering case was analyzed,aiming at revealing the reason of the hydraulic cylinder trunnion's fracture failure due to the working medium's volume expansion in high and low temperature environmental test.Meanwhile,the design of the hydraulic system was optimized as well.
