带电水冲洗打击力特性及清洗效率仿真研究

摘    要:为了更好地完成带电水清洗作业,提高带电水清洗的效率,通过流体仿真软件FLUENT对水射流打击力进行仿真研究。分析了大、中、小水冲3种典型喷嘴在不同进口压力和靶距下的打击力特性;分析冲洗角度对清洗效率的影响以及打击力与流量和功率之间的关系。结果表明:水射流打击力随进口压力增加而增加,随靶距增加而降低;冲洗角度会改变射流特性,影响清洗效果;通过增加进口压力来提升打击力比通过增大喷嘴直径更经济。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of hot washing and finish the work better,the simulation research was done by fluid simulation software FLUENT.The hitting force characteristics of three typical nozzles under different inlet pressure and target distance were analyzed.The influence of flushing angle on cleaning efficiency and the relationship between the hitting force and the flow rate as well as the power were analyzed.The results show that the hitting force increased with the increase of inlet pressure,and decreased with the increase of the target distance.Washing angle will change the jet characteristics,and affecting the cleaning effect.Enhancing the hitting force by increase the inlet pressure is more economical than increase the nozzle diameter.
