摘    要:箱体加工质量的优劣直接关系到箱体的装配精度与工作情况,同时对整个机械设备的使用性能、工作精度和使用寿命有着决定性的影响。主要从复杂箱体零件加工技术的要求入手,以TX1600G复杂箱体精密智能复合式镗铣加工中心为平台,从箱体零件在线检测系统的原点找正、基于内点惩罚算法的孔系加工优化、箱体零件加工工艺设计等方面对复杂箱体的数控加工加工工艺等进行分析。

Abstract:The processing quality of box directly relates to the box assembly accuracy and working condition, at the same time, it has a decisive impact to the usability, working precision and service life of the whole mechanical equipment. From the perspective of the requirements of complex box processing technology, taking the precise intelligent boring and milling machining center as a plat-form, the CNC machining process of the complex box was analyzed from the origin alignment of box parts online detection system, the hole system process optimization based on interior point penalty algorithm, process technology design of box parts.
