摘    要:为了适应转子现场动平衡的需要,提高测试精度,开发基于虚拟仪器技术的现场动平衡测试系统,利用相关法准确提取出振动信号的幅值和相位,采用影响系数平衡的方法进行动平衡实验。在车床主轴上进行多次转子动平衡试验,试验结果表明:转子在加适当的试重后不平衡振动得到了有效的抑制,振动幅度明显减小,达到了旋转机械所要求的平衡精度。这对于减小机器噪声和轴承磨损、提高机器的性能和寿命有着重要意义,同时也有助于提高机器的工作效率和保障机械加工操作者的安全。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of the rotor field dynamic balance,improved test precision,a field dynamic balance test system was developed based on virtual instrument technology,the correlation method was used to accurately extract the vibration signal amplitude and phase,dynamic balance experiments were conducted with influence coefficient method.Rotor dynamic balance tests were made many times on the lathe spindle.The experimental results show that the unbalance vibration of the rotor has been effectively suppressed after adding appropriate test heavy,the vibration amplitude is reduced significantly,the required balance precision to the rotating machinery is achieved.It has important significance to reduce machine noise and bearing wear,and to improve the performance and life of the machine.Also it helps to improve the working efficiency of the machine and to ensure the safety of machining operator.
