奥氏体不锈钢C、N离子注入表面改性的研究

摘    要:采用D/MAX-ⅢB型X射线衍射仪、原位纳米力学测试系统、LKDM-2000型摩擦磨损仪、S-3000N型扫描电子显微镜和CHI660A电化学工作站对经C、N离子注入的1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢的组织及耐磨性、耐蚀性进行了较深入地研究。研究结果表明,1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢经离子注入后,注入层硬度提高,摩擦系数降低,耐磨性提高,抗腐蚀性增强;注入N+的剂量为2.44×1017ions/cm2时,注入层的硬度最高,耐磨、耐蚀性最好,性能最佳。

Abstract:The microstructure,wear resistance and corrosive resistance of ion implantation austenitic stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti were studied by the X-ray diffraction tester,the full featured nanomechanical testing instrument,LKDM-2000 friction and wear tester,S-3000N scaning electron microscopy and CHI660A-electrochemical workstation.The experimental results reveals that,after the ion implantation into the austenitic steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti,the surface micro-hardness is increased,friction coefficient decreased and the wear resistance and anti-corrosion is improved significantly.When the dose of implanting nitrogen ions was 2.44×1017ions/cm2,the implanted surface was hardest,the wear resistance and anti-corrosion properties were best.
