摘    要:采用碳酸盐共沉淀法制备Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)1-ySnyO2(y=0,0.01,0.02,0.05,0.10)。通过XRD、SEM测试对其晶型结构、组织形貌进行了分析,交流阻抗法(AC)和充放电性能测试对其电化学性能进行了研究。实验表明,制备的样品均具有较好的层状结构,其中Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)0.98Sn0.02O2性能最佳,以0.5C循环充放电时,首次放电比容量达到173.31mAh/g,30次循环后,放电比容量为149.55mAh/g,容量保持率为86.29%。

Abstract:Li -ion battery cathode materials Li (Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)1 -ySnyO2 (y =0,0.01,0.02,0.05,0.10) were synthesized by carbonate co-precipitation. Its crystal structure and morphology were analyzed by XRD, SEM, its electrochemical properties were studied by AC impedance (AC) and galvanostatic charge - discharge. Li (Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)0.98Sn0.02O2 had the best performance, in which initial specific discharge capacity at 0.5 C was 173.31 mAh/g, the specific discharge capacity was 149.55 mAh/g after 30 cycles, so the capacity retention was 86.29%.
