宁夏煤炭系统巷道掘进工效现状分析及改进措施

掘进工效决定着矿井生产接续和均衡生产能力,常用掘进工艺有综合机械化、连采掘进、掘锚一体化、盾构施工、爆破作业5种方式,掘进工艺各有其优缺点及适用条件。本文立足宁夏煤炭系统实际,从中选取7个典型煤矿不同断面、岩性巷道,综合分析其单进水平、作业人数、工效、材料消耗,从而对当前掘进工效有了全面掌握和对比,并提出基于智能装备研发、掘进装备升级、设计系统优化、强化劳动组织、激励机制5个方面的保障措施,进一步改进掘进工效;基于能源领域“四个革命、一个合作”背景,加大煤矿智能开采装备的研发和应用力度,适时引进连采设备及盾构设备,提高宁夏煤炭系统巷道掘进工效。

Present Situation Analysis of Working Efficiency of Roadway Tunneling and Improvement Measures in Ningxia Coal System

The work efficiency of tunneling determines the production continuity and balanced production capacity of the mine.There are 5 kinds of commonly used tunneling technologies:comprehensive mechanization,continuous mining tunneling,integration of tunneling and anchoring,shield construction and blasting operation,each of which has its advantages,disadvantages and applicable conditions.Based on the practice of Ningxia coal system,this paper selects 7 typical coal mine roadways with different sections and lithologyic tunnel,analyzes their single entry level,number of workers,work efficiency and material consumption comprehensively,so as to have a comprehensive grasp and comparison of the current tunneling work efficiency,and proposes 5 aspects of safeguard measures based on intelligent equipment research and development,tunneling equipment upgrading,design system optimization,labor organization strengthening and incentive mechanism to further improve tunneling work efficiency;based on the background of“4 revolutions and 1 cooperation”in the field of energy,the research and development and application of intelligent mining equipment in coal mines should be strengthened,and continuous mining equipment and shield equipment should be introduced in time to improve the tunneling work efficiency of Ningxia coal system.
