摘    要:以采用Ni、Cr做粘结相的碳化钨基硬质合金为研究对象,采用失重法、电化学测试方法,研究合金在室温和60℃下,在体积浓度10%稀硫酸、10%稀盐酸、10%稀硝酸溶液中的腐蚀行为,并与传统的WC-8Co,WC-13Co硬质合金进行比较。试验结果表明:在浸泡腐蚀试验和电化学试验中,WC-Ni-Cr合金的耐腐蚀能力明显优于传统的WC-Co类合金,具有较强的抗腐蚀能力,可应用作矿砂、钢渣的提炼、污水处理领域的耐磨耐腐蚀材料,有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:By taking the hard alloy with Ni, Cr binder phase as the research object, the corrosion behaviors of the alloy in room temperature and at 60℃ in 10% (by volume, hereinafter the same) sulphuric acid, 10% hydrochloric acid and 10% nitric acid solution were studied and compared with that of the traditional WC-8Co and WC-13Co hard alloy. The results show that, in the immersing corrosion and electrochemical tests, the corrosion resistance of the WC-Ni-Cr alloy is significantly superior to that of the traditional WC-Co grades. The WC-Ni-Cr alloy has good application prospect in the wear and corrosion resistant material for metal ore and steel slag refining, sewage disposal, etc.
