钢/玻璃钢耐腐机车容器界面力学性能试验研究

摘    要:本文针对机车用钢/玻璃钢复合容器提出了冷弯、弯曲性能及疲劳性能试验,以考察钢/玻璃钢界面处的性能.试验结果表明界面性能能满足使用要求,并测定了容器受冲击时界面不脱壳的冷弯角度.

Abstract:The bent test,pure bent test and bent fatigue test of locomotive's steel/GFRP complex containers are designed to evaluate the mechanical properties of the interface in this article.The test result shows that the steel/GFRP interface can be safely and suitably used in locomotives.The necessary bent angle which ensures non separation of the interface under outer impact is provided here.
