复杂模具型腔多轴联动数控加工刀具轨迹的优化

摘    要:提出一种新的刀位轨迹预控优化算法和干涉检验算法,使相邻加工轨迹间的残留高度值都等于允许残留高度值(规定精度),从而达到最大的切削带宽,消除了干涉。实验表明,在保证精度的前提下,轨迹数和轨迹长度明显减少,大大提高了多轴联动数控加工的效率。

Abstract:An optimized algorithm for cutter spacing path and a new gouge-detection algorithm for CNC machining were developed in which all the scallop height values between adjacent tool-paths are equal to the maximum allowance,so the maximal cutting width can be obtained and the gouge can be avoided.Experiments show that the number and the length of tool-paths can be evidently reduced,thus the efficiency of multi-axis interlinked CNC machining is raised significantly and the accuracy is guaranteed.
