低温真菌吸附Pb2+性能的研究

摘    要:从松花江下游排污口土壤中筛选出一株在低温下有较强生长率并对pb2+有较高耐受性的真菌菌株PWK6,采用此株低温真菌对Pb2+进行物理吸附,研究对不同Pb2+浓度的吸附情况及不同pH值、温度等因素对吸附的影响,并对pb2+ 的吸附动力学进行了研究.结果表明:Pb2+浓度为100 mg/L时,吸附达到平衡.吸附的最适pH值...

Abstract:PWK6 strain,which was obtained from the downstream soils of Songhua River,had strong growth rate at low temperatures and higher tolerance for Pb2+.Under the conditions of different Pb2+ concentrations,pH and temperature,PWK6 strain adsorption property and adsorption dynamics were studied.The results showed that adsorption was in balance at 100mg/L of Pb2+ concentration.The optimal pH value is within 4 to 6,the adsorption amount is higher within the temperature of 4℃ to 25℃.PWK6 strain adsorbed Pb2+ solution very quickly;it took 15min to achieve balance.Because the temperature suitable for low-temperature fungus growth was close to the temperature of natural water,it has the potentials for treating the wastewater polluted by heavy metal.This paper provides very valuable information and data for further studies in the future.
