多级孔二氧化钛微球的制备与表征

摘    要:以硫酸钛和尿素为原料,用水热合成法制备了多级孔二氧化钛微球.使用X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜等对产物的结构及性能进行了表征.分别比较了水热合成时间、合成温度等对反应的影响,结果表明:以硫酸钛和尿素为原料,以水为溶剂,采用水热合成法以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模版剂,在180℃下,水热处理2 h制备的二氧化钛为多级孔二氧化钛微球,粒径分布比较均匀,表面光滑、形状规整、粒径为1~3μm.

Abstract:The four titanate butyl acrylate(TBOT) was taken as the raw material,and hydrothermal synthetic method is used to prepare the porous titanium dioxide.The structure and characteristics of the resulting films were characterized by thermo-gravimeter(TG),differential thermo-analysis(DTA),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The effects of different templates,reaction temperature,PH value,and the ratio of raw materials on the reaction product were compared.Results show that the multi-pola...
