摘 要: | 为解决目前轴承端盖生产中普遍存在的材料利用率低、产品质量低等问题,本文设计出轴承端盖的一副挤压生产模具,并利用数值模拟软件,分析了轴承端盖成形时的损伤分布,挤压成型行为表明此副模具可获得到尺寸精度高、质量好的轴承端盖。

Design of Extruding Die and Damage Simulation for the Bearing Cover |

Abstract: | In order to resolve the defects that exist in conventional manufacture of bearing cover, such as low material utilization and low quality, a set of extruding die of bearing cover was designed. Based on the simulation software, distribution of material damage was analyzed. Extrusion behavior indicates that a bearing cover with precise size and high quality can be obtained by the extruding die. |
