屏蔽门上导轨支撑结构的设计与力学分析

摘    要:提出一种屏蔽门上导轨支撑结构的具体设计方案,利用ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,对屏蔽门结构进行力学分析。选取6个典型工况进行应力强度和变形计算,并将计算结果进行分析。分析结果表明,该屏蔽门上导轨支撑结构满足相应规范要求。该研究结果已用于某屏蔽门上导轨支撑结构的设计中。

Abstract:This paper proposeed a concrete design scheme for the upper supporting device on the shielding door.ANSYS software was applied to build the finite element model. Six typical conditions were picked to calculate and analyzed the strength and deformation.The results showed that the mechanical properties of this device met the specification requirements.The results of the research have been used to design an upper supporting device on the shielding door.
