摘    要:应用Goepel公司生产的PXI总线平台,针对其数字输入输出端口,基于美国国家仪器的LabVIEW和Teststand软件,开发了一套用户界面人性化,高效,灵活的检测控制系统.此系统已正式应用于生产.亮点在于结合了NI LabVIEW和NI Teststand软件,使相似、相同或迥异的步骤如此例中的输入、输出可重复任意设置在全过程的序列中.不仅如此,也可以和PXI卡上其他的通信功能,乃至是整个测试仪器中的其他设备,如汽车部件测试装置中的温控箱、传感器等,轻而易举地交叉、循环调用.

Controlling programming for digital IO in Teststand

Abstract:This article takes use of the PXI bus platform produced from Goepel and develops a human, efficient and flexible test and control system based on NI LabVIEW and Teststand software for the digital IO interface. This system is already contributed to the production line. The high light is a combination of NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand software, making similar or same or different steps such as cases in the input and output set in the sequence of the whole process can be repeated an arbitrary number. Moreover, they can also be easily called cross with a communication function and PXI card, or even the other equipment of the entire test instrument, such as the car parts test apparatus thermostat box, sensors, etc.
